Philosophy

Maria Calderara è un brand d’abbigliamento, bijoux e accessori dell’omonima designer che ha fatto della manualità una scelta stilistica.

Laureatasi in Architettura a Venezia, Maria è riuscita a instaurare uno speciale connubio tra ago, filo, perle di vetro e disegno, dando forma a progetti esclusivi e contro-corrente.

Mixando indifferentemente elementi pregiati e poveri, come cotone, seta, lana rimodulati poi attraverso tagli asimmetrici e insolite geometrie nascono creazioni di pret à porter fluide e sinuose, che donano a chi le indossa un’allure casual.

I suoi gioielli, invece, combinano strutture grezze a gemme irregolari e alla lucentezza delle perle tahitiane.
