Philosophy
Fred Perry created in the 30’s the well-known sportswear line.
The designer was born in Stockport, he won Wimbledon, and his collection were considered in the 50’s the best clothing brands for tennis: the brand soon became synonymous with style and elegance, perfect for a sporty and casual flawless fashion.
In the 60’s the brand became very popular among British men, followers of a particular dress code.
The polo shirt is the brand’s symbol that presents the distinctive logo: a laurel wreath on the left chest.
The sporty and refined polo shirt is made of pique cotton, with a coloured dual-band on collar and cuffs.
The brand produces casual garments, including sweaters, jackets and shirts and also popular footwear and accessories.
Fred Perry has recently collaborated with Comme des Garçons and Raf Simons, two well-known fashion designers who have created a collection of modern and fresh clothes for the brand.
