It all started by chance in the second half of the 70s.
In that period Maurizio D'Amico moved to Rome to attend university studies, while his fiancée stayed in Campobasso and started working at GDL, a historic clothing store.
Fiorina Reale shows that initiative, intuition, tenacity, and a strong sales ability, that quickly became a reference for customers and the owner.
Returning from the capital with a degree in his hands, Maurizio decides that his future with Fiorina will not only be emotional but also work-related.
So in the late 80s, the couple bought the shop, started an independent path that has been going on for over 30 years.
Today the company also includes their children, confirming that the story of GDL, while it has become Mixage, is above all about family, passion for fashion, and its constant commitment.
Inaugurated in 2008 and located under the arcades of Via Garibaldi, the Mixage boutique dedicated to women is an elegant space that offers a selection of collections ranging from MSGM to Golden Goose, from MM6 Maison Margiela to N° 21.
Inaugurated in March 2020, the new Mixage space dedicated to men's collections is located at number 44 in Viale Regina Elena and offers a wide selection of the best contemporary, streetwear and sportswear brands on the market.
